General Provisions

By accessing or using the 74bd platform, you confirm that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. These terms form a legal agreement between 74bd and the user.

These terms may be updated at any time. Continuing to use the platform after any changes means you have accepted the updated terms. Users accessing the platform from outside Bangladesh are personally responsible for complying with their local laws.

74bd is committed to protecting the interests of its users. Our goal is to ensure a fair, safe, and transparent gaming environment.

Eligibility & Account Registration

The following conditions must be met to create an account and play on 74bd:

• The applicant must be at least 21 years of age.
• All personal information provided must be true, accurate, and up to date.
• Each person may operate only one account.
• A valid email address and mobile number are required to register.
• Information provided at registration may be verified at a later time.

Identity Verification (KYC)

74bd may request documents from users for identity verification at any time in the interest of security and transparency. Verification may be mandatory before a withdrawal can be processed. If the required documents are not provided, 74bd reserves the right to restrict account activity.

Account Security & Responsibility

It is solely the user's responsibility to keep their account password and login details completely confidential. The account holder is personally responsible for all activity carried out on the account.

• Sharing login details with any third party is strictly prohibited.
• If unauthorized access is suspected, 74bd support must be notified immediately.
• Changing your password regularly and using a strong password is good security practice.
• If any personal information changes, the account profile must be updated accordingly.

74bd will never ask for a user's password via email or chat under any circumstances. Any such request should be reported to support immediately.

Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits

The following payment methods are currently supported for deposits on the 74bd platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (e.g. Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank). The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500.

• Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly.
• The correct reference number and details must be used when making a deposit.
• Deposits from third-party accounts or cards are not accepted.

Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. All withdrawal requests are typically processed within 10–45 minutes after verification.

• Withdrawals should be made using the same method that was used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if account verification (KYC) has not been completed.
• 74bd reserves the right to suspend withdrawals in the case of unusual or suspicious transactions.
• All withdrawals must come from funds obtained through legitimate sources.

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

74bd offers various bonuses and promotions for new and existing users. Accepting a bonus means the following conditions apply:

Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200; or a ৳34,000 deposit earns the maximum ৳20,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳54,000.

Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 25 = ৳30,000 in wagers must be completed before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

General Bonus Rules

• The same bonus can only be applied to one account once.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; withdrawal is possible only after the specified wagering requirement has been met.
• Attempting to claim bonuses from multiple accounts may result in all accounts being closed.
• 74bd reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Breaching bonus terms may result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.

Gaming Rules

The 74bd platform offers a range of categories including casino games, slots, live games, fishing games, and sports betting. Each game may have its own rules, which are detailed within the game interface.

• Game outcomes are determined entirely at random and no outcome can be guaranteed.
• If a game is cancelled due to a technical error, the amount wagered will be refunded.
• If a game is left incomplete due to a disconnection, 74bd will determine the outcome based on server logs.
• Using any software or scripts during gameplay is strictly prohibited.

Sports Betting

Betting is available on a variety of sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. Bets must be placed within the designated time window for each event. Once a bet has been placed, it generally cannot be changed.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 74bd platform and may result in permanent account closure:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Accessing or attempting to access another person's account.
• Claiming bonuses or promotional offers through fraudulent means.
• Attempting to hack or manipulate the system.
• Selling, renting, or transferring an account to another person.
• Conducting transactions using illegally obtained funds (money laundering).
• Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes.
• Any activity intended to harass or harm another user.

If a prohibited activity is detected, 74bd reserves the right to immediately suspend or close the relevant account and to take legal action.

VIP Program

74bd offers a three-tier VIP program for regular and loyal users:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback of up to 0.5%.
• Silver: Weekly cashback of up to 1.0%.
• Gold: Weekly cashback of up to 1.5%.

Users can advance from one tier to the next through regular gaming activity. VIP benefits and cashback amounts depend on account activity. 74bd reserves the right to change the VIP program terms at any time.

Responsible Gaming

74bd believes gaming is a form of entertainment and is committed to ensuring it does not cause harm to anyone. This platform is for users aged 21 and above only.

• A temporary break or self-exclusion can be requested through the support team.
• Deposit limits can be set if needed.

• At the user's own request.
• Due to legal or regulatory requirements.

Upon account closure, any valid balance will be returned to the user, however any active bonuses will be cancelled.

Limitation of Liability

74bd does not accept responsibility for the following:

• Interruptions to a game or betting session caused by loss of internet connection.
• Issues arising from the user's own device or software.
• Delays or failures on the part of third-party payment providers.
• Loss caused by the user's own negligence or disclosure of their own information.
